Spoiler alert: this is going to be a raving review of Angela Bond Group. My wife and I recently sold our home in Los Angeles (July 2025). Prior to our listing it, we interviewed 3 well respected and highly accomplished agents. From the moment we met Angela, we knew she was the one. She's an absolute pro from a technical standpoint, but she is also so genuine and personally involved and committed. As we were making our final decision, we asked ourselves "who do we feel the most comfortable going through this whole process with?" and the overwhelmingly obvious answer was "Angela". Boy, were we right! From the moment she signed on, Angela and her partner added so much value, from the guidance they provided (pricing, traffic driving, negotiation), to the vendors they suggested, to the personal time and special touches they added along the way, and to the incredible amount of coordination…

She's an absolute pro from a technical standpoint, but she is also so genuine and personally involved and committed. As we were making our final decision, we asked ourselves "who do we feel the most comfortable going through this whole process with?" and the overwhelmingly obvious answer was "Angela". Boy, were we right! From the moment she signed on, Angela and her partner added so much value, from the guidance they provided (pricing, traffic driving, negotiation), to the vendors they suggested, to the personal time and special touches they added along the way, and to the incredible amount of coordination, explanation and communication they provided. We truly had an outstanding experience and also a very positive outcome: They hosted 5 open houses, multiple private showings, and we received 22 offers in 8 days and closed on our property in 17 days. We also genuinely had fun doing it with Angela and Calvin. We can't say enough or thank them enough for what they helped us do, and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is considering selling their home in LA.

Angela is professional, smart, kind, loyal, fair, and tough. She is selfless during the search process—her only priority is making sure you end up with the perfect house. Angela wrote an offer on the home I fell in love with that was accepted without a counter and continued to impress me through the escrow process with her network of great inspectors and mortgage brokers, as well as the sizeable credit-backs she was able to negotiate with a seller who seemed as though he would not budge. Unfortunately, the seller of my home went off the deep end a little before escrow closed and damaged parts of the property. Unfortunately, the seller of my home went off the deep end a little before escrow closed and damaged parts of the property. The details aren’t worth going into, but what is worth talking about is how Angela stuck by my side long after escrow had closed. She kept constant contact with the escrow company and representatives of the seller, and just this week (over a year later) I received a check in the mail for $4K from funds still held with escrow to help cover the money I had to spend to fix it! Angela did not need to stay with me—she was not being paid for this extra time—but she endured and fought for me because that's the kind of Realtor she is. I am certain that this would not have been resolved without her persistent and selfless efforts. Angela is the Realtor you want on your side. Call her and talk to her, and I guarantee your search for the perfect real estate agent will be complete.

We just closed with Angela last May on our second house. Being a veteran home buyer and former Realtor, my standards are very high when it comes to agents. Angela's attention to detail is astonishing. Nothing was forgotten—every detail was checked and double-checked—and she negotiated us a killer credit at closing. So good, in fact, that we had to lower the price of the house because it was greater than the closing costs. She has excellent knowledge of the market, a keen sense of value, and a great ability to see potential. I have a tendency to obsess over real estate, but Angela's patience was unwavering, even when our 2-year-old was breaking into the seller's cabinets. After our offer was accepted, the seller's agent disappeared (literally left the state), which meant Angela had to pick up all the slack, adding lots of work onto an already demanding process. But she simply rolled up …
