Since I lived out of town, I looked online and received email listings from her. She previewed houses I was interested in, and either showed them to me via FaceTime or made a video. This was extremely helpful since I was able to determine whether or not I should fly to LA to view these houses in person. There were many houses that appealed to me based on their photos and listings, however, after Angela previewed them, it became clear they would not work for me. By showing me houses in this way, Angela saved me a lot of time and money. Also, she was not pushy about any of them. I am particular and know what I like, and Angela was very patient with me. Of course, I did come to town after one of her previews to see several houses, and purchased one that weekend. Angela, as expected, was fantastic in her negotiations with the seller's agent. She pressed for certain things but always did so politely and very diplomatically. She successfully got me the total amount of the seller assist (credit) we requested. Lastly, once I had closed on the house and the business transaction was complete, Angela graciously continued to make herself available to me. Because I was still on the East Coast and could not move into my new home for yet another month, Angela and her assistant, Jackie, met with contractors at the LA house in order to get everything set up. It was a relief to be able to get the interior of the house painted, the locks re-keyed, the house cleaned and the security system installed prior to moving in. I am grateful to Angela and Jackie for their generous help here. It certainly alleviated a lot of stress and made my move in so much easier. Bottom line: Angela Bond is very personable and offered me superb service. I highly recommend her.
